HOW TO USE SWEATEX

Note: The liner is designed with one side longer than the other side for optimum performance. Make sure you align the shorter side to the arm of the blouse/garment and notch over the seam.

Step 1 Step 1: Turn the shirt inside out before wearing.

Step 1 Step 2: Remove the backing paper and expose the adhesive.

Step 3: Face the short portion of the sweat pad towards the arm of the shirt. Align notches over inside arm seam and press the pad firmly into the garment. That's it really!
