HOW TO USE SWEATEX

Note: The liner is designed with one side longer than the other side for optimum performance. Make sure you align the shorter side to the arm of the blouse/garment and notch over the seam.

Step 1 Step 1: Turn the garment inside out before wearing.

Step 1 Step 2: Remove the backing paper and expose the adhesive.

Step 1

Step 3: Face the short portion of the liner towards the arm of the garment. Align notches over inside arm seam and press the liner firmly into the garment.
